At the helm of the company, Dr. Headley oversees the execution of Norlyn’s mission: delivering high-quality, purpose-driven construction solutions that leave lasting impact across communities, industries, and generations.

With over 15 years of leadership experience, Dr. Headley brings deep expertise in program development, organizational growth, and team cultivation skills sharpened through years of leading complex operations and guiding cross-functional teams. Her career is distinguished by an ability to translate big-picture strategy into actionable outcomes, overseeing everything from client relations and business development to operational workflows and cultural alignment.

Before joining Norlyn Builds, Dr. Headley served as President and CEO of a nationally recognized behavioral health and wellness practice, where she scaled service delivery, led national accreditation efforts, and established programs that transformed systems of care. Her transition into construction leadership is anchored in her commitment to innovation, sustainability, and building with intention.

A doctoral graduate of The University of Akron, Dr. Headley holds a Ph.D. in Counselor Education & Supervision with additional graduate work in women’s studies. Her educational background equips her to lead with empathy, inclusivity, and clarity key traits that shape Norlyn’s culture of respect, accountability, and excellence.
