WHAT TO REMEMBER FOR PROJECT MEETINGS
CONFIRM YOUR APPOINTMENT
Double-check your upcoming site visit, consultation, or coordination meeting. We’ll confirm all appointments via email or text to keep schedules tight and on track.
PLAN & PREPARE ACCORDINGLY
Be ready with project plans, questions, and any specific access requirements (gates, keys, utilities, etc.). If your availability changes, we offer flexible rescheduling options.
BRING REQUIRED IDENTIFICATION
For first-time visits or contract signings, bring a valid photo ID and any documents needed for project verification or site access.
SUBMIT PAPERWORK EARLY
Ensure all estimates, permits, or contract documents are submitted in advance to avoid delays in approvals or worksite readiness.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Please arrive at your scheduled time or allow a 5–10 minute buffer. Timeliness helps us maintain momentum across all job sites and projects.
