Dr. Kiesha M. Butler, MBA, SHRM-CP serves as the Director of Human Resources at Norlyn Builds, where she drives people strategy and strengthens organizational excellence across the construction sector. With over two decades of progressive HR leadership in government, nonprofit, and corporate environments, Dr. Butler brings a results-oriented and people-centered approach to building a high-performing workforce that fuels project success from the ground up.
Her extensive background includes designing and managing comprehensive HR functions, overseeing talent acquisition and retention, and implementing compliance-based best practices that align with both regulatory requirements and operational goals. Drawing on her experience as Affirmative Action Officer, Civil Rights Coordinator, Safety Officer, and Section 504 Coordinator, she ensures Norlyn Builds maintains a safe, inclusive, and equitable workplace for all team members.
Dr. Butler’s expertise in recruitment, workforce planning, and employee engagement directly supports Norlyn Builds’ ability to attract and retain top talent in a competitive construction market. Her strategic leadership integrates data-driven decision-making with a commitment to fostering a culture where safety, quality, and professional growth thrive side by side.
Holding a Doctorate in Professional Esthetics, an MBA in Human Resource Management, and a SHRM-CP certification, Dr. Butler blends technical expertise with human connection, developing policies and initiatives that align with Norlyn Builds’ mission to deliver excellence in every project.
